START EARLY AND STAY LATE

to Enjoy the Magic!

Plan Ahead to Avoid Delays
To minimize the risk of travel disruptions, we strongly recommend arriving at least one day before the cruise and staying overnight in a hotel. We offer convenient pre-cruise hotel reservations, as well as travel insurance for USA passport holders.

Advantage of Early Arrival and Late Departure
A great reason to arrive early (and stay late) is that, in addition to private shore excursions (just for our group), accompanied by Skinwalker Ranch investigative team members, which we will offer at ports-of-call during the Cruise, we have also arranged exclusive Pre-cruise and Post-cruise shore excursions that will feature Skinwalker Ranch team members:

PRE-CRUISE | Saturday, January 3, 2026
Rocket Launch & Coral Castle
Kick off the journey with the Skinwalker Ranch cast at a live rocket launch led by Dr. Travis Taylor. Then, explore the enigmatic Coral Castle—built from 1,100 tons of coral using mysterious methods. Legends of anti-gravity and lost love await.

POST-CRUISE | Sunday, January 11, 2026
Bimini Road – Atlantis & the Bermuda Triangle
Venture to Bimini, believed to be linked to Atlantis. Snorkel the mysterious Bimini Road or relax beachside. Discover ancient tales, visit the Three Sisters Rock, and enjoy a group lunch before returning to Miami. This awesome tour is led by Pete Kelsey.

Be sure to check the SHORE EXCURSIONS page before finalizing your travel plans, as our exclusive tours have limited availability.

GETTING TO PORTMIAMI

GETTING THERE IS EASIER THAN YOU THINK

 By AIR

  • Estimated taxi/Uber ride: 15–20 minutes

Tip: We recommend arriving at least one day early to avoid delays or flight disruptions. If you’re joining a pre-cruise excursion, plan to arrive at least two days before the sail date for a smooth experience.

Missed Flight or Delayed Arrival?
If your flight is delayed due to weather or mechanical issues and you arrive after the ship has sailed, immediately contact the Royal Caribbean Emergency Travel Team (ETT) to explore your options. In some cases, with proper documentation, it may be possible to join the cruise at the next port of call—but this must be arranged through ETT.

GET CRUISE-READY

Mandatory Check-In

MUST WATCH FIRST: We HIGHLY RECOMMEND watching this important video guide. It walks you through the entire Royal Caribbean Check-In process step by step. Watch now, before continuing, to ensure a smooth experience.

CHECKING IN FOR YOUR CRUISE ONLINE

All passengers must complete Royal Caribbean’s online Check-In process and download their SetSail® Pass no later than January 1, 2026.

How to Access Online Check-In

Online Check-In is available through either of the following options:

TWO STEPS TO COMPLETE CHECK-IN

READY, SET, SAIL—BUT FIRST, CHECK IN

1) Online Check-In before the Cruise (between November 20, 2025, and January 1, 2026)
2) Check-in at PortMiami
(on January 4). Here’s how:

STEP 1. ONLINE CHECK-IN BEFORE THE CRUISE

Log in to your Royal Caribbean account or create one at: www.royalcaribbean.com/account/signin
Or on the Royal Caribbean® App

You’ll need the following items for successful Check-In completion:

  • Full legal names and birth dates of passenger(s) whom you are checking in
  • Home addresses and phone numbers
  • Your Cruise Reservation Number that Diane Michael emailed to you when you registered for the cruise
  • Your Travel Documentation (passport or other applicable government-issued ID)
  • Emergency contact information
  • Your credit or debit card for onboard charges
  • Flight information

Approximately 60 to 45 days prior to sailing, you will receive an email from either diane@luxurytravel-destinations.com or divinetravels@aol.com. This email will remind you of your unique Royal Caribbean Cruise Reservation Number and prompt you to complete your online Check-In for the cruise.

If you do not see the email, your booking number can also be found in the Royal Caribbean App or in the confirmation email you received from Diane Michael at the time of your original registration for the cruise.

HOW ONLINE CHECK-IN & BOARDING WORK

  • Check-In opens 45 days before your cruise. For the January 4, 2026 sailing, that’s midnight (Eastern Time) on November 20, 2025.
  • During Check-In (via the Royal Caribbean App or website), you’ll choose your terminal arrival time. This is your boarding window.
  • To get your preferred time slot, set a reminder for 12:01 AM, USA Eastern Time, on November 20, 2025 and check in as early as possible.
  • Once you’ve completed online Check-In and selected your arrival time, your SetSail Boarding Pass will become available in the Royal Caribbean App. You may either take a screenshot and save it, or print it out. You’ll need this SetSail Pass to be scanned at PortMiami on boarding day: January 4, 2026.
  • Boarding usually starts around 10:00 to 11:00 AM on Embarkation Day, January 4.

Note: Your selected arrival time is for terminal Check-In only. Actual boarding typically follows soon after. While earlier arrival may lead to earlier boarding, please arrive only within your assigned window.

Completing Online Check-In: If you begin the online Check-In process but are unable to complete it due to missing information, your progress will be automatically saved. You may return at any time as long as you complete Check-In before January 1, 2026.

Royal Caribbean App: YOUR CRUISE COMPANION

If you haven’t already, please download the Royal Caribbean App to personalize your cruise and speed up the boarding process.

With the app, you can:

  • Complete online Check-In.
  • View your SetSail boarding pass.
  • View restaurants and their hours of operation.
  • Reserve dining and spa services.
  • Check the Royal Caribbean on-board daily activities.
  • Access deck maps and schedule updates.
  • Monitor your onboard account.

LUGGAGE TAGS & SETSAIL PASS INSTRUCTIONS

Before January 1, 2026, you’ll need to download and print your SetSail Pass and custom Royal Caribbean luggage tags from your online account or the Royal Caribbean App. Your stateroom number will be pre-printed on each tag. We strongly recommend printing a few extra luggage tags, in case one is lost or damaged during travel.

HOW TO TAG YOUR LUGGAGE

All checked bags must have your printed luggage tags securely attached using a stapler, strong tape, or a clear plastic luggage tag holder, such as this: Click on TAGS

  • Make sure your stateroom number is clearly visible on every tag.
  • Place a luggage tag on your carry-on bag as well, just in case it’s separated from you during embarkation.

CHECK-IN AT PORT

BOARDING MADE EASY—HERE’S HOW IT WORKS

STEP 2. CHECK-IN AT THE PORTMIAMI CRUISE TERMINAL

1. Arrive During Your Selected Time Window:

  • Arrive at Cruise Terminal A at PortMiami during the time you chose when you completed online Check-In through the Royal Caribbean website or app.

2. Drop Off Checked Luggage

  • Upon arriving at Terminal A, porters will check your large baggage and ensure it’s delivered to your stateroom. If you didn’t print your luggage tags in advance, don’t worry—porters can provide blank ones on the spot. Just be sure that you know your stateroom number. Tipping porters is customarywe suggest $2–$3 per bag as a token of appreciation.
  • Keep all essentials, such as your passport, SetSail pass, medications, valuables, etc. in your carry-on bag.

3. Join the Correct Boarding Line

  • Terminal A has dedicated lanes for suite guests, “The Key” members, and general boarding, just follow the signs.
  • If you arrive early, there is waiting area at the terminal. Late? You may be directed to the next available Check-In line.

4. Show Documents & Go Through Security

  • Present your SetSail boarding pass (app or print), passport/ID, and any required health forms.
  • Expect airport-style security screening (complete with sniffer dogs) for carry-ons and guests.

WELCOME ABOARD

CRUISE DAY KICK-OFF—EASY STEPS AFTER YOU BOARD

5. Board the Ship

  • After security, walk up the gangway to board.
  • Boarding typically begins around 10:30 to 11:00 AM.
  • Be sure to arrive at the time indicated on your SetSail pass, because if you arrive at PortMiami after 2:30 PM on January 4, 2026, you will not be allowed to board the ship.

6. Drop Off Your Bag

  • Once onboard, you may drop off your carry-on bag in your stateroom, and place all valuables into the safe.
  • Listen for a ship-wide PA announcement indicating when staterooms are ready for occupancy—usually around 1:00 PM.
  • When your room is ready, you may unpack, get settled, and review the “Cruise Compass” newsletter (or the Royal Caribbean App), which outlines the day’s onboard activities, including dining times, ship tours, and spa/fitness orientations.
  • If you’re interested in spa or fitness services, book appointments on the first day, as the most popular time slots fill quickly.

7. Lunch Is Served

  • Read details for restaurant hours in your Royal Caribbean “Cruise Compass” newsletter in your stateroom, on the TV in your stateroom, or on the Royal Caribbean App on your phone.
  • Relax, dine, or snack at one of the onboard restaurants.

8. Mandatory: Complete the Muster Drill

  • The muster drill is a mandatory safety procedure where all guests learn how to respond in case of an emergency.
  • It includes identifying your muster station, instructions on wearing a life jacket, and reviewing evacuation procedures.
  • With Muster 2.0, guests can complete most of the drill via the Royal Caribbean App or stateroom TV.
  • After viewing the safety video, visit your assigned muster station in person to complete the process—no later than 3:30 PM.
  • If you have any questions, your Stateroom Attendant or any crew member will be happy to assist you.

SEMINAR CHECK-IN

BEGIN THE JOURNEY BEYOND THE RANCH

9. Mandatory: Check-In for the Seminar-at-Sea on the Ship

If we had a dollar for every time we said ‘CHECK-IN’… we could’ve bought The Bermuda Triangle! But we don’t. So instead, we have yet another epic CHECK-IN!
If you miss it,
we’ll send a dolphin to remind you.

On a (semi) serious note, we are absolutely thrilled to welcome you aboard the much-anticipated Skinwalker Uncharted Seminar-at-Sea!

After a year of planning, we’ve finally made it to launch day. But before the fun kicks off, we have one last Check-In to complete (and yes, it’s mandatory for everyone).

Where & When: January 4, 2026

Swing by and spend about 15 minutes with us—easy, breezy, important-y.

Here’s what you’ll receive at Check-In:

  • Official Welcome Packet for Skinwalker Uncharted Package
  • Official lanyard, badge, SeaPass card plastic holder, and seminar identifier
  • Your access pass and/or tickets for Skinwalker VIP Package, if you upgraded to VIP status

  • Premium Shore Package tickets or any Skinwalker Uncharted exclusive Shore Excursion tickets that you’ve pre-booked

10. Mandatory: Attend the Seminar-at-Sea Orientation

3:30 PM – Same Spot: Conference Center, Deck 3 Forward
Get ready to meet the cast, the organizers, and the incredible event staff that made this all possible. We’ll walk you through what to expect, what not to do, and maybe even sneak in a joke or two. It’ll run about an hour.

Group Photo – Say Cheese, Skinwalker Style

4:30 PM – Just After the Orientation Meeting
Our dedicated staff will coordinate with the ship’s photographer and guide you to the perfect spot for our official Skinwalker Group Photo. It’s going to be legendary—and yes, we expect full smiles and no blinking!

Dinner Is Served – Let the Stories Begin

After we flash our best Skinwalker-style smiles for the group photo, keep that glow going—we’re heading straight to dinner! This is your chance to meet fellow tablemates, share some laughs, and maybe even uncover a few incredible stories. Who knows what connections might spark over a great meal!

Dinner begins at 5:00 PM in the Main Dining Room on Deck 3 Aft. Our group has designated tables where we’ll dine together each evening from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.

Your SeaPass® Card will have your assigned dining table number printed on it, and, if you wish, you may sit at the same table for the duration of the cruise.

“Skinwalker VIP Package” holders will have specially designated tables.

Of course, everyone is free to explore other dining options! There are plenty of places to eat onboard, including a sprawling buffet and 24-hour room service—so you can follow your cravings wherever they lead.

The Moment Has Arrived – Opening Panel

7:30 PM to 9:30 PM: Meet the Skinwalker Ranch Team

After a delicious dinner in the Main Dining Room, the real adventure begins.
We’ll gather in the Conference Center, located on Deck 3 Forward, for the official opening of the Skinwalker Uncharted Seminar-at-Sea—a powerful kickoff to the experience everyone came for.

For the first time ever, the entire investigative team from Skinwalker Ranch will take the stage together—live, in person, and ready to share it all. This is your chance to hear their personal journeys: how each of them found their way to the ranch, the scientific challenges they’ve faced, and the deeply personal moments when the unexplained turned their world upside down.

You’ll get to know them not just as researchers, but as humans—individuals who’ve seen and experienced things few can imagine, and who’ve learned to lean on each other as a team through it all.

This opening panel sets the tone for the entire voyage, with behind-the-scenes insights, eye-opening revelations, and stories you won’t hear anywhere else.

And just when you think it couldn’t get any better… it does.

Guess Who’s Onboard?
We’re beyond excited to welcome the incredible Skinwalker Insider Program Team on the cruise with us—yes, the very legends who keep the membership site running, cook up creative rewards, and keep the mystery alive across social media.

Make sure to say hello, give them a high five (or a cosmic fist bump), and thank them for everything they do to make the Insider experience unforgettable—they’re a core part of this journey and now, part of yours too!

Oh, and before we forget…
They’ll also be bringing along the coolest official Skinwalker Ranch merch and limited-edition memorabilia. So stock up while you can—every dollar you spend goes right back into supporting the ongoing research and operations at the ranch.

So settle in, open your mind, and get ready—because this is where Skinwalker Uncharted truly begins.

IMPORTANT TRAVEL INFO

PASSPORTS, VISAS & PROTECTION—THIS IS A MUST-READ

DOCUMENTATION AND IMMIGRATION

To ensure smooth boarding and travel, all passengers must adhere to immigration, passport, and visa requirements based on their nationality and cruise itinerary.

Passport & Travel Documents:
Each guest is solely responsible for providing Royal Caribbean with complete and accurate immigration information, and for obtaining any required visas in advance.
Travel document requirements vary by destination and citizenship. For details, please visit:
royalcaribbean.com/plan-a-cruise/travel-documents

Helpful Tip:
Always travel with photocopies of your passport’s information pages in case of loss or emergency.

VISAS

Visa Requirements:
Some countries require official authorization (a “visa”) even if you don’t plan to go ashore at that port.
Guests must verify and obtain all necessary travel documents prior to departure, based on their passport nationality and itinerary.

Important Notes:

  • Visa requirements vary by nationality, not by country of residence.
  • Guests are responsible for all costs, applications, and arrangements associated with visa processing.
  • Guests without proper documentation may be denied boarding or fined. Refunds will not be issued in such cases, and any fines are the guest’s responsibility.
  • Visa rules may change without notice—verify well in advance.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Coverage Reminder:
Travel insurance is not included in your Skinwalker Ranch Uncharted cruise fare. We strongly recommend reviewing your health insurance policy before sailing. Many plans, including Medicare, do not cover international care or emergency evacuation (e.g., helicopter transport to shore).

Foreign-Flagged Vessel Advisory:
All Royal Caribbean ships are foreign-flagged, and for insurance purposes, considered “outside the U.S.” — even while cruising in nearby waters.

Why You Need Insurance:
In the event of illness, injury, trip interruption, lost or damaged baggage, or evacuation, travel insurance provides critical protection.
To inquire about coverage or purchase a plan, please contact our travel advisor:
Diane Michael at
diane@luxurytravel-destinations.com

Note: Travel insurance is non-refundable and should be arranged well before your departure date. Since we are unable to provide travel insurance for passengers who are not U.S. citizens, we kindly ask that non-U.S. citizens consult their local travel insurance providers for coverage options specific to their country of residence.

PREGNANT WOMEN

GUIDELINES FOR EXPECTING MOTHERS

Royal Caribbean welcomes pregnant guests who have not reached their 23rd week of pregnancy at any time during the cruise.

23-Week Policy:
Guests at 23 weeks or more into pregnancy during the cruise will be denied boarding.

Public Health Questionnaire:
All guests must complete this form to confirm eligibility to sail.

Why This Policy Exists:
Ships are limited in their ability to handle pregnancy-related medical care, especially in late stages.

Professional Advice Recommended:
Pregnant guests should consult their physician prior to booking to ensure travel readiness.
